"Optimal" isn't really a specification. One of PTOI's 10-Q's referred to "optimal feedstock" but, just in my opinion, it's a term born out of the number of times PTOI has reported problems with feedstock. From purchasing bad feedstock to declining Madison County's agricultural plastic, etc....
