This is one half of the problem:

"as soon as the shares Oren gave out are gone we move back up."

The other half is showing shareholders that Oren is completely out via filings etc., and that CYBK has changed to being an oil company (not just a PR, but a name and ticker change) and a filing showing assets on the balance sheet.
