We built up to HC and the city's codes and requirements, any bylaws added in would be pointless for us but for future companies, it would affect them. And as Bill said in that previous link I posted, once licensed, the town has ZERO, NADA, no chance in hell to have any say.
But again, they should be thanking god on their knees they have a CEO that cares about what their concerns are. Any bylaws added in Bill would probably try to implement them without being asked just as a show of how much he wants to be a good neighbor. So many companies would care less.
