See, THAT is a reply PR. And that is so very true about being grandfathered in. Definitely smart to be the good neighbor and CEN is doing everything to be just that and more. It was HCs requirements to have such security, not CEN Biotech, we just decided to be the most secure.

And Bill is right, I saw the town council, it was NOT unanimous, you saw quite a few not raise their hands. And the town can petition all they want, HCs job is to get notified they are ready for inspection, if all is met, then you are good to go. Yes zoning is good to go now, I feel confident now in that. Any bylaws put in place, FITX would be exempt from, but what that town needs to know is that Bill WANTS to be the good neighbor, he is NOT required to do anything they add in later with bylaws, but knowing him, he would do it anyway just to be a good sport in the community.
