In my opinion, you dont go to all these efforts to not eventually want to uplist where bigger investors are. If we dont get audited fins this week, I will wait, I also dont think they are letting the shares go for lackadaisical reasons. If you want to acquire any business or want access to a big library of content it may take shares to do that. Also from what I understand those shares are restricted
