Shipwithoutrudder, yes, the timing of the complaint is pointed out in shareholder's letter. All this screams "settlement", someone's hands need to be greased. I am very much against this. If at all FITX needs to dole out cash, they should give it to support the local schools and not these dbags. I am all for an announcement like 1% of the profits go to local schools etc. Many companies do that to help out the community. FITX has a lot invested in lakeshore and it helps to have the town on their side.
