lawyertalk, in adding to your comments, isn't it also funny that the residents complaining about their sunset and chain link fence are just now beginning to complain. Hasn't the building always been there at site 1 and the chain link fence has to have been up for at least 4-5 months if not longer. Why weren't they asking about the chain link fence and it's unsightliness when they first saw it being put up?

The timing and type of citizen complaints just doesn't pass the smell test....!
