Law dogs I think you're giving them too much credit. Is it possible? Yes. Is it likely they can plan that complex a move and fund it? Probably not. They may even have just realized that if CEN succeeds it's likely that similar buildings and operations will spring up all around them like daisies after a spring rain, and their quaint pastoral settings will disappear forever.
