Maybe the disgruntled neighbors are smarter than everyone thinks. It's brilliant actually. Hire a lawyer to voice complaints. Watch the share price go down. Then they pour their entire life savings into FITX stock. Then, send the same lawyer back to the November 4th town hall meeting to withdraw all their concerns and request, no, demand, that the town allow the project to proceed as they find it to be a wonderful progressive movement in their neighborhood. Then watch the stock price take off and make $$$. It's brilliant!
