i'd expect an update out of pacer within 24 hours
and if judge signs off on the *class period settlement*
i'd expect to see a detailed 8k (and possibly an update)
out of mgmt by next Wednesday .. (oddly enough 3 mos
to the day since mgmt last updated P2O shareholders)
