From what I have gathered is they issued themselves shares at .0005 to
avoid any type of suspicion they were just issuing and handing shares out.
Even when the price was in the pennies this year, they were still issuing shares
at .0005. This has to be Rick and company "buying" cheap shares from the
company to "help" fund it. Who else would they sell cheap shares like this to?
Except maybe promoters or IR...
Anyone else might ruin their game to sell at higher prices...
