If they were all issued common stock then the jig is up.
There is no reason to continue any charade
The Feds won't do jack shit because there is nothing to find in (2) virtual offices in (2) different states and US has no jurisdiction in China.
The only way that this scam stays alive us that key insiders still have debt shares to sell.
