says federal and state permits almost complete -implying blm and water permits-the 2 major permits

says mpo approved 7-24-12? but blm withdrew permit ca aug 2012 so had to redo mpo after that

says EA submitted 2012 but that apparently was for original blm permit since withdrawn and new EA not done until feb 2014???

then says blm approved feb 2014 -if so why does it say almost completed re fed and state permits
if either were approved feb 2014 why hasnt sirg,as a sec reporting co,PR'd such material events?
blm permit cannot be approved prior to EA and unless blm issued a fonsi would be public hearings or agency/public comments on EA

why are they advertising 2012 approvals which were revoked????
that doesnt seem right and is confusing-i hope redrock is not confused about that for if they are that doesnt show much dd

says offsite infra in place -does that include road widening,electrical substation etc work ?
