the confusing part below -because just after such 7-24-12 mpo blm withdrew permit based on such due to politics
again why mention Nov 2012 EA when cdm didnt finish EA til ca feb 2014
blm could approve feb 2014 if fonsi but nobody posted proof of blm approval-redrock give us permit # for blm and water permits so we can look it up
last correspondence by holders to adeq -adeq said waiting on sirg to provide more info
if these things ARE done why hasnt sirg pr'd them, as required for material events within 24 hours or so-why are sirg
shareholders left in the dark and the last to know???
when it is we who have been waiting many years
seems to indicate, as everything else does, that retail is a 2nd class citizen in the agreement, which it is
why make us rely on an outside fundraising co for critical info??? learned by accident of another co's PR??

Mine Plan of Operation (MPO) accepted by The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on 7/24/12.
Environmental Assessment (EA) submitted to BLM November 2012; BLM approved project in February 2014.
Aquifer Protection Permit (APP), transfer and modification submitted to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) in Phoenix; approval February 2014.
