Wait........does this mean that SE has to name names of those she colluded with in 'trying' to destroy PTOI? Am I reading this right? What would be the damages to all those named if the Judge agrees they tried to destroy PTOI?
Jail time, fines paid, BOTH? Both would send a HUGE message to the bashers all around the country that are paid to destroy companies via stock message boards and Hit Pieces.
