A1ias wait.....are you saying that a case that has no mention in the complaint of Ms. Elsley, filed by plaintiffs who are not related to Ms Elsley , and thus far has never mentioned her in any court filings yet, will somehow center on her participation ?

Without the defendants making any connection in previous motions it is beyond ludicrous to think it will pass the rules of discovery to include her, or her lack of active participation in the complaint.

It will never be allowed.
