PTOI has a pyrolysis process and a catalyst but just like everyone else in the world, PTOI is unable to make pyrolysis commercially viable. But you're saying that by paying this relatively inexpensive engineering firm to perfect the process, PTOI will become the first in history to make pyrolysis commercially viable.
As far as I've seen, all that PTOI announced is that the engineering firm is looking at PTOI's processors and might try to help sell the processors. You're projecting that the engineering firm will also perfect the process for PTOI while they're at it.
