Here's a puzzle for you. Here's a typical plastic site where people are looking for post-consumer plastic.

They're offering generally between $0.25/lb to $0.35/lb. Why in the world would these people want to buy plastic at those prices ($500 to $700/ton) when, as you say, they can simply head to the landfill and get all they want for free?? Do you think all those people are just stupid?? Should they have consulted with you first so you could have told them it was free??
