I would think that both are important. But if you don't get the technical aspects right it doesn't matter what the business plan looks like. If you would have bothered to read "all" of my previous post, I believe Heddle is working with the national engineering firm to get the technical aspects right. Then, if the business plan needs either tweaking or a complete overhaul for commercialization of the business...so be it.
