Last said. You already admitted that the manipulation (if it is occurring) was criminal. That leads to a variety of civil and criminal fraud and conspiracy penalties and claims for relief. So don't kid yourself. When you say you are an "activist investor" (nice sounding label to hide behind by the way) are you invested in a significant way, or at all, in NanoLogix?
With so many companies, and so many creepy "Pinks" and Pennies I always find it intriguing that an "activist" would somehow manage to choose one of the Pinks that actually has real patents, real products, deals with world class research institutes, research being done by world class gynecological specialists and make that particular company the target of his or her "activism". Sort of like Mother Teresa winning the Super Lotto without even bothering to buy a ticket. How fortunate NanoLogix is to have you contributing to its good fortune with your insights. Now, this is a diversion so please end it here.
