Continuing my theory (from the post I am replying to):
There is a reason why its taken the manipulators so long to bring the share price down to where it is. Its because the majority of shares are locked up by people who know the Company is worth much more and recognize the games being played upon investors by the manipulators. Also, I believe that there has been strong support on the way down -- meaning that there have been large enough orders on the BID below the surface acting as a deterrent to the manipulators machinations. Remember, they have been collecting and holding onto as many shares as they can. They would risk losing shares in aggregate if they were to aggressively try to take the share price down.
Its likely that when the "breaking" news hits, by which I mean news that erases all doubt about the Company's future, they will hyper-actively participate in the run up in order to maximize their gains.
