If I understand that business deal correctly (through posts), as much money as BC takes (of the 20 mil. contributor), he (BC), surrenders that much of Cen Biotech to the donor, permanently. Still, though, much, much less than the 25% that phot was wanting.

I think logically, that if this info is correct, you can see the advantage of selling shares (which can be bought back...) rather than giving away a part of your company.
