After finding a catalyst and building a processor designed for $10/bbl diesel production, they find it's not profitable. Now PTOI needs to depend on engineering firms and customers to find a value proposition for them.
Now if this engineering firm finds the secret to making plastic to oil profitable, wouldn't that make the engineering firm the one with the multi-billion-dollar technology?? Or PTOI hires the engineering firm for a small fee to crack the multi-billion dollar code and PTOI benefits because the stupid engineering firm isn't business savvy??
