His declaration has been there for a long time I believe. They added it here but I found it before under one of the older patents I believe. It is interesting that he is listed as an inventor on the new patent for micro-tablets.

His declaration or basically bearing witness to the results helped get the approved patent through along with the legal case for showing unique characteristics within a certain level...(Thus the change in the claim to fit these levels)
