What do you make of the David Erkoboni "Oath and Declaration" filed 12/640,344. Any idea how he got linked up with Elite? Looks like he was at KV Pharmaceutical - which by the way is filing for Cg. 11: http://www.businessweek.com/ap/2012-08-06/k-v...protection. I have not seen him previously on these patents until the newer patent: 13/379,486 "microtablets"...
