I own stock in another company that just announced a 3500/1 reverse split. Their share price is also .0001. They distributed 3 PR's this week, via e-mail, about what was happening and why it was happening. They are seeking a substantial capital influx from large investors and reducing the share count was one of the stipulations for the investment. Now that's a company concerned about their shareholders. Quite different from HIMR. Maybe HIMR has a similar reason, but why not keep everyone informed?
