I should add that ironically very few companies at this level are aware of stockholders needs and concerns and many are totally ignorant of such and the market- unless they are promoters -
most such are focused on the business at hand and the typical struggles necessary to break thru and thus dont have much of a dept focus on these things
not saying this applies to NNLX- dont know what their market IQ is nor whether they are even aware of or read these boards-in case they do we are trying to educate them
more progressive co's are starting to add shareholder advocates to their boards- either in a voting or observer capacity-the latter sometimes requiring occasional exec sessions
