I appreciate that Socius must believe their shares will end up to be a lot more than .10. That is appealing and intuitive. So yes any shares bought below .10 would be a downright bargain in my book. That is why I am picking up as many shares as I can now!
Still, I would assume when those shares are bought that the PPS is going to take a dip.....Yes the PPS rose to .12 within a few days of the Socius deal being announced but not from Socius buying or selling one share. I do not expect the same thing to happen this time if the deal is "retaken"....I could be wrong and would be pleased if I am.
I do like the idea of the Socius deal in that, as you mention, it takes away any overhang in continuing to allow the company to proceed with their mid and long term goals. As I mention, at these prices I am buying all I can get my hands on. I am just hoping the Novel stake is able to provide the company what is needed and allow the Socius deal to be kept as a backup plan. JMO
