Patent update. Looks like at first glance the patent claims have been updated and once the claims are agreed and allowed, they will submit the letter to relieve the double patenting issue.

As I noted over on IHUB, the claim rejection was basically identical to this rejection and noted as such in their argument. This should not be an issue.

The double patenting basically means that the patents are very similar which makes sense. One is more for methods and the previous one is more for formulation.
