Hitting the ask now will probably still end the day with TECO getting "walked down". I think we're close to THE TIME but not quite there yet. We will soon (CT's top priority) get current on financials at the same time we see some kind of major announcement. This will give new/large blocks of sidelined cash the incentive they've been waiting for. IMHO, that will be THE TIME.
