dogpoop22, I'm sure you understand the audience you are speaking to when saying "our little oil company is about to bust loose". How many times have you and I and the rest of us heard that said over the last four plus years in my case. That said, I find you to be very credible and your DD is impeccable so maybe it is time to hit that ask and difference in the spread. On the other hand how do we OR TECO convince the masses that "NOW IS THE TIME TO HIT THAT ASK"!
