There has been very little dilution over the past 6 months. Gerald has told us multiple reasons for the AS increase needed, and only one of those is possible funding. The MAJOR reason indicated was spinoff of the diagnostics division, which has been mentioned multiple times by management. You're likely about to have shares in two companies, and you're worried about possible dilution. Unbelievable.
