Warp: We were told by Gerald we would have a Lympro Partner by the end of summer. We didn't get it. That is why I have lowered my expectations and am concerned about the billion additional shares. Without cash from a JV partner, funding ongoing operating expenses and the Eltoprazine trial will come from dilution.

At a time we are trading at .108 cents and are going to be increasing our authorized shares by one billion, questioning how the company is spending money at the expense of our shares being diluted doesn't seem "over the top." In fact, since we are having a shareholder meeting in 14 days, my questions and concerns seem to be the most appropriate discussion a sane long could be having right now! IMHO.

I mean honestly, why shouldn't we be discussing the obvious? We didn't get the pps traction from a LymPro JV partner or from data or revenue guidance that we all thought! Now is the appropriate time to assess what that means in terms of near term pps expectations, particularly as it relates to a RS and up listing. This is precisely the discussion we should be having; a discussion which management should be closely listening to!

You're right regarding my mentioning "Gerald" all the time. I should use the term "management team" more. That's what I mean.
