Re: gobears1985 #5724
gobears: Thanks for the psycho analysis! But chris and I have always been way apart on our expectations on pps. When I have forecast we'd be in the .30 to .40 cent range in November when we RS and up list, he has consistently said I was being too conservative. So it isn't a surprise when I lower my expectations down from that to .15 to .20 cents (more aligned with Jason Napodano now) that chris would think I was soft bashing. Is Jason bashing the company when he gives us a .20 cent target by year end?
We didn't get a Lympro Partnership folks!! We got a master service agreement! There is a big, big difference. I applaud Gerald's willingness to go it alone without a JV Partner until we get the up front money he feels we deserve. But the fact is, until we get a JV Partner, our pps will stay down.
If my reaction to our trading at .106 cents after the 3 Lympro catalysts we all thought would take us well above .20 cents is bi-polar....then so be it.
I am seeing what I believe to be reality.
When Gerald starts producing catalysts that significantly lift the pps and raise shareholder value, then lets vote on adding a billion additional shares. But to hold the vote based on we need this to grow the company better, thats another way of saying: "We need to sacrifice the value of your shares for the good of the company." Without accompanying grants and partnership deals, that's how I view this vote. We haven't had ANY grants or partnership deals yet. Until we do, lets not increase our rate of dilution.
