I'm with Chris on this one. Dave's message has changed significantly over the last week and a lot of drastic negatives are being posted -- "substantial dilution," partnerships falling through, delayed catalysts, canceling trials, closing offices. If you're uncomfortable with the share increase, vote accordingly. Sometimes you seem bi-polar on the patience scale.
