Honestly, I try not to have any expectations about uplisting. It will come when the time is right. If it's not until 2015, so be it. Management and the board understand a great deal more about when the right time is than anyone posting here, and they will ultimately pull the trigger when the time is right, regardless of their previously announced timing.
From my understanding with past communications with Gerald, and from what I've read on the NASDAQ site, approval to uplist can be done very quickly if the company has everything in order and has been communicating with NASDAQ regularly during the process to get fully qualified to uplist. Given that, I don't feel the holidays will have much of an impact on the decision or implementation of an uplist. I expect the company will have all their ducks in a row, which seems to be their plan for everything they're involved with.
