Dude you joke about selling my properties. I have 150k in equity on each. At minimum I would get that much if I sold. That would give me 1.5 million shares. Suppose for a second no RS is need, I strongly believe in one year we can be at 1 buck a share at least. Can I make more than that on my real estate over the next year??
BTW both properties generate 1,000 in monthly revenue for me.. Trust me this is something I have thought of a lot. In truth, the main reason I haven't pulled the trigger on this proposal is I honestly thought the stock would be trading in the high 20's by now. Those two conferences ect...I didn't think I could sell my place before the expected big spike after the conference. In retrospect, I would've been able to pull that off.
Call me nuts, but I'm still considering selling one to fund purchasing more AMBS
