I'm always suspicious of people that claim to have inside information. On top of being a tipped for the purposes of 10b-5 violations, that is just a stupid comment to make. If you have inside information, you must disclose, if not, you can come under the eye of the SEC. I usually ignore guys that make such comments. Being new to the company, only been invested for 2 and a half months, I am not all caught up to speed on Watson, but have read most posts concerning him. I just let the facts dictate the investment, not third parties. At this point in the game, and for the sack of sanity, let the science, and management positioning be the indicators.
