So she's the one?
She's been consulting since 2011. Did she cause the problem or is she researching remedies? Is her extensive knowledge recent as she investigates solutions, or were these claimed skills that led to the failures?
Was she the one that said: "Let's go with the stitch welds." or is she investigating an alternative?
