Concerns me too, a little. BC said we were 'grandfathered in' once HC approves licensure. So, in effect, we can do whatever we want to do once approval is granted...But why don' he go the xtra mile. Have the Open house. Meet with the locals. Launch the PR propaganda campaign to win over their hearts.

Does Lakeshore mayor Tom Bain not know the law? Are we to believe Mr. Bain hasn't consulted with those who do know the law? He has made that comment more than once. Somebody's wrong... If BC is right, and I think he is, and we are indeed 'grandfathered in' , this might only be known for sure when proved through the court system...that's a bitter fight and Bad PR. Bad Start.

Lemme close on a big time optimistic hope: with elections coming...might this be merely for his, er..., local, uhm... voter consumption only?
