For what it is worth. I emailed Bill Chaaban yesterday, 9/1, asking for updated status on the license. Surprisingly he replied almost immediately see below:

Thank you for your email and being a shareholder. As stated publicly, our facilities were complete and we called for a pre-license inspection on April 21, 2014. This inspection was conducted on July 31, 2014. We have also passed our required security clearances. There are no deficiencies that need to be addressed at this time. We await Health Canada to issue our license. We have been told this is normally a one to two week process.
