24m shares .0525 private placement January
Before this date we went thru 39 notes written and we were not close to absorbing all the shares. Nov 23rd hits approx 10m shares were placed with Ironridge at .079 cents ALL FREE TRADING. 5 weeks later a PP was needed to help fund compounding. ( please see stock legends intereview as Bob admitted as much funds were raised for compounding as well) Anyone who was RISKING more of their $$$$ had to contend with the following. 1. notes stopped on oct 22nd being written but were cycling thru and hitting for atleast 5 more months which means more dilution/price erosion potentially. 2. Ironridge nov 23rd all free trading average price .079 cents on approx 10m shares. 3. In the timefram of the offering very little revenues other than wrx nominal and DOD 3% return.
So most PP investors had a tough decision to make in January to Feb. They were already down SUBSTANTIALLY on their investment over the last 12 months in the open market. The core had to deal with additional converts during the pp timeframe, little or no revenues and compounding was not even in the battersbox yet some they had no idea whether it would be successful or not. And the biggest hurdle to think about IRONRIDE ALL FREE TRADING SHARES 10M AT APPROX .10 IS 1M DOLLARS!!!!!!! From nov 23rd Ironridge's deal 10m shares all free trading to early January the core faced some tough decisions. I trust in Bob S and the company but is this a good decision to RISK more of my $$$$$ after being down so fr already???????? look at what they faced!!!!!! 1. NO REVENUES ( NEXT TO NOTHING) 2. MORE DILUTION FROM 39 NOTES THAT HAD YET TO CYCLE OUT 3. IRONRIDGE 10M SHARES PRICED AT .079 CENTS SO AT .10 IN THE OPEN MARKET 1M DOLLARS TO GET THRU!!!!!!!!
Bottom Line: With these 3 major deterents in their way and absolutely no track record of how successful compounding would be in jan to march as there was little or no data to go on. The only thing that they had to go on was major selling would take place with ironridge as well as converts hitting as well with NO PROVEN REVENUES FROM COMPOUNDINGTHEY ALL DI NOT HAVE 20/20 HINDSIGHT IN THE MONTHS OF JAN FEB MARCH INTO COMPOUNDING NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE. Candidly on paper who would have RISKED EVEN MORE $$$$$ WITH THESE 3 OBSTACLES!!!!!!
So for all these naysayers and bashers to criticize YOU NEVER WOULD HAVE RISKED MORE OF YOUR $$$$$ FACING THESE 3 MAJOR HURDLES!!!! THAT IS A UNDISPUTED FACT!!!!!!
