K ansai good to see you,Cosmo,Rocky,Alleyba, and Martin. This is a most exciting time to be a SCRC shareholder as q3 awaits us! We have been put thru many tests this past year. 39 notes approx 40m shares that we went thru. Then Ironridge nov 20th 10m shares all free trading every day you saw BTIG/CDEL on the offers. All Told over 50m to 60m shares that had to be dealt with. Well 99% of companies when confronted with these #s DO NOT MAKE IT AND ARE AT .0001 AND THATS WHERE ALL THE IHUBBERS BUY STOCK FOR INSTANTANEOUS FLIPS!
Let me point out the core came to the rescue in January when scrc needed $$$$ very badly. It was then that the NEW SCRC STARTED AND THINGS CHANGED WITH THAT 1.1M DOLLARS. Again all we had at that time was very tiny revenues to go on with wrx and DOD. There was no other active streams of revenue at the time. Let it be said NO ON AND I MEAN NO ONE KNEW HOW SUCCESSFUL A LAUNCH COMPOUNDING WAS GOING TO BE. Id Bob elected to put on notes to help fund everything I will guarantee you that 29 investors each and every one of them would have sold their entire positions and taken a knee. So for anyone to suggest that was a much better alternative as opposed to doing a Private placement are just nuts. Guys/gals who supported the company through thick and thin and bought prices much more elevated than .20 plus at the time RISKED EVEN MORE $$$$$ AT THE TIME OF JAN TO APRIL. Even when we did 494k in that time frame if you take 12.5% of that its only 60k what was that going to do for us at a time of need?????? Nothing if compounding stayed at 500k to 1m we would have been stuck. I once again thank the core for RISKING THEIR $$$$$$$ AT A TIME WHEN WE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO $$$$$ AND BELIEVING IN bOB S AND HIS TEAM.
HIghlights:
1. cash 345k in cash as of q2 and before we did 4m in july ( my guess 500k added from july's spectacular month.
2. Profit margins on compounding q1 it stated 65% to 75% now in q3 it states 75% to 90%. It worked out to 88% Profit margins!!!!!!! A huge increase. So even if we have reached capacity in NJ instead of the profit margins at 71% we are now at 88% and that will actually advance us another 20% more the difference between 71% and 88%!!!!!!!!!!!!
3. o/s shares have slowed dramatically in the last 3 months I believe 128m o/s to 136m o/s a 9% increase. That is a great sign!!!!!!!!!!!! so 136m o/s at .09 cents we are approx 13m market cap
4. July compounding #s 4.1m which is absolutely staggering in 6 short months!!!!!! It would have never happened if the core did not step up risking MORE OF THEIR HARD EARNED $$$$$ AS ALL OF THEM ALREADY WHERE IN THE OPEN MARKET OVER THE LAST 12 MONTHS AT SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER PRICES. ( HENCE ALL THIS FLUFF OF SELLING .05 TO .09 IS JUST THAT AS THE MAJORITY OWN THIS AT .10 TO .15 WITH THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT) LET IT ALSO BE POINTED OUT AT THE TIME OF THE SO CALLED PIPE YOU HAD IRONRIDGE HE WAS BID WHACKING EACH AND EVERY DAY. SO WHERE WAS ALL THE BUYING GOING TO COME FROM AT THAT POINT WITH NO REVENUES COMING IN IN JANUARY NFEB TO SPEAK OF!!!!! YES THESE PEOPLE PUT UP THEIR $$$$$$$$$ DURING A TIME THAT IRONRIDGE WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO SELLING OUT THEIR 10m SHARES. AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN MORE STOCK WE FIND OUT COMES IN 1.5M FROM IRONRIDGE WHILE THE PIPE IS BEING
DONE!
5. Q2 SMALL LOSS OF 665k vs 4.4m of q2 2013!!!!!!!!!!
6. We already are at the following for q3 1.2m comes over part of the june #s of 2.7m and its already expensed!!!!!!! we did 4.1. So we already know we have another record 5.3m before the #s out sometime this week. Lets say we do 3.5M that will be 8.8m vs 3.7m and that I believe will bring us profitabilty yes PPS PROFITABILTY!!!!!!!!
7. It is my belief that we will have rapimeds in the portfolio in the next quarter to 2 quarters as the radio show gave us clues of that when BOB SAID RAPIMEDS WILL RIVAL COMPOUNDING!!!!!!!!! THAT WAS SAID ON STOCK LEGENDS INTERVIEW JUST 6 WEEKS AGO SO IT FRESHLY MINTED!!!!!!!
8. We are paying $4200 a month for PIMD so I believe that has to be around the corner in the next 60 days!!!!!!!!!
