kmg has 500m A/S but A/S is NOT same as O/S -certain groups always pervert A/S as being same as O/S
A/S allows them flexibility to buyout other companies etc -just normal SOP

cwrn shares remain the same and we get a freebie of kmg shares
i dont know if there are any kmg shares now or not-if not we would have initial 100% of kmg - because A/S is not same as O/S

so dont worry about all the games-this is the real world
lots of inventory and equipment and repeated reports of continuing operations -probably selling to the Ensenada CEMEX plant-reason why CEMEX held the concession before

cwrn obviously still has the concession and landowners in poor mex are happy to get their royalty rather than having to enter the usa illegally like everybody else
