Nothing , 'HAS', to happen to them. Most times one company is 'absorbed' , into the other, either partially, or fully. That would be like a subsidiary to the primary. It can be structured many ways, and there is no way to tell what it will be until they do it, and then let us know what the plan is. I still think it will just be a merger, and not a reverse merger......we'll just have to wait and see. GLTA
