I've been reading up on Reverse Mergers and why they're done. This makes sense to me. I don't really understand what might happen with the price of the stock. I know when they have a reverse split, it's bad news for the company and you go from 100000 shares to 10000 on a 10-1 reverse split... What happens with shares when a Reverse Merger happens?
