"You forget to mention the SAIC Summary..."
No question. Mr. Bordynuik already had a few years of testing so he knew exactly what went into the processor and what came out. Yet he needed SAIC to validate the commercial viability?? He wanted SAIC's name associated with PTOI, otherwise he could have just compared the cost of the feedstock going in to the sales price of what came out and determined for himself whether it was commercially viable.
That's another one where Mr. Bordynuik used wordplay, saying he was, "...extremely pleased with the positive conclusions." Mr. Bordynuik relied heavily on suggestive comments to dupe investors and shareholders tend to be so happy to hear positive-sounding comments that they could care less how "positive conclusions" are defined.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
