You forget to mention the SAIC Summary, which IMO is more misleading than the original claims that you constantly refer to. What JBI did was totally dishonest on some level. And we know that the whale investors were misled with that document. If the SAIC Summary claims were true, JBI would be making money hand over fist.

That money was supposed to go to the construction of a P 2 Owe facility in Florida. Instead, it went into the JBI Money Pit. SG&A, payments to promoters, and tinkerfarting.
