I suggest everyone print the Proxy out and take the time to read through it to the best of your abilities, in addition to actually casting your vote on the proposals.
There are three ways to vote:
1) On The Internet - Go to http://www.vstocktransfer.com/proxy and log-on using the control number
2) By Mail - Mark, sign and date your proxy and return it in an envelope
3) In Person - Attend the Annual Meeting on September 22nd
