People don't seem interested in the facts.  You have outlined the details on many occassions; but, no many listen.  The problem is not so much the dilution anymore.  It's giving fodder to the bashers by screaming dilution when the Ironridge shares are delivered.

Peeps should know by now that the 10k and up-listing will bring clarity to the corporate dealings.  Until the, peeps should keep it zipped or go elsewhere.
